InferMed offers a full range of services to assist customers in becoming established and operational with MACRO at the earliest opportunity. We are firmly committed to consistent levels of high quality service and support and work closely with our customers to ensure this standard is maintained, and that our customers gain the maximum benefit from all of MACRO’s capabilities.

Installation

Trained InferMed engineers install InferMed software at user sites and run full installation qualification (IQ) tests to ensure the efficacy of the installation. The engineers work closely with the customer staff to ensure a smooth handover of the software once installed.

Validation

InferMed recommends certain standard technical configurations for its MACRO software. Where a customer chooses to use non-standard technical configurations, InferMed provides on-site validation services to ensure that the configuration can be fully supported by our Technical Services team. InferMed runs operational qualification (OQ) tests as part of this on-site validation. On-site Process Qualification (PQ) tests can be created to ensure that InferMed's software integrates successfully with customers’ processes, standard operating procedures and other software packages within the customer environment.

Design consultancy

InferMed offers consultancy in study design. The Study Definition functionality within MACRO is intuitive and easy to use after training has been given, but where it is preferred, we can provide consultancy to assist customers with their study design process:
  • assisting the user in translating paper CRFs into eCRFs
  • transferring knowledge to the user in advanced MACRO study design
  • reviewing existing customer eCRF designs and providing tailored expert advice

Training

InferMed provides a range of training courses to new or existing users of the MACRO software that can be tailored to meet users’ individual needs.

Technical support

The InferMed Technical Services team is available to provide MACRO users with responsive and detailed support in their use of the MACRO system. Where requested they can also provide technical support outside normal operational hours as part of a specific customer maintenance contract.

Third party support

InferMed also works in partnership with other companies to offer a range of broader global services. These include hosting, global 24-hour helpdesk support, local project management support, hardware deployment and asset management.
