InferMed is very pleased to announce a change in our Customer Support department. In order to improve our responsiveness and better serve our customers, we have reorganised our Customer Support team to include four individuals and a Manager. Oli Cram has been promoted to the position of Manager of the newly named Support and Testing team which will now have full responsibility for post implementation customer satisfaction. Oli joined InferMed in June of 2006 and immediately displayed a passion for quality and customer service which was recognised across both our client and employee base. The new team is committed to doing everything possible to become the best in the business and welcomes your feedback on ways to do just that. In the mean time please welcome us in congratulating Oli on his promotion and the whole team on it’s new responsibilities.
