Quality Manager
Our Quality Manager is looking to retire, and we seek a dedicated individual to carry on his good work.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead InferMed in promoting a culture of high quality standards in all activities.
- Own, manage, monitor and maintain the InferMed Quality Management System (QMS).
- Host all external audits and assist the auditors in their understanding of InferMed’s processes and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the company and manage /maintain the Corrective and Preventive Actions system (CAPA) which is the major vehicle for this activity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience successfully working with QMS & Information Governance Framework
- Background with a healthcare clinical practice vendor or provider
- Experience of writing regulatory documents and overseeing quality systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical approach and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare, software development, or related field, or comparable work experience.
We’re also looking for:
- Knowledge and understanding of NHS operations
- Experience in working with systems and process that address proper handling of patient information
- Proven record of success in a small team environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems in a team oriented environment.
- Ability to negotiate and compromise in adverse situations to create "win-win" scenarios.

Arezzo National Implementation Project Manager - Australia
We require a Customer Implementation Project Manager to be directly responsible for managing our Arezzo national implementation projects across Australia. This high profile and important position will report directly to the Manager of Customer Services and have a high level responsibility for developing and delivering InferMed’s new Arezzo national solutions to our customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for managing major software implementations, delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Manage resources, including InferMed staff, sub-contractors and partners according to InferMed SOPs to achieve successful project completion.
- Produce project metrics and for all projects for which he/she has responsibility.
- Escalate significant project issues to the Manager of Customer Services or other senior executives as required.
- Manage key client relationships, client expectations, and project scope. Works with Sales as appropriate to define Statements of Work, labour estimates, and project schedules.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare, software development, or related field, or comparable work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years successfully managing customer-facing software implementation projects in a commercial environment achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of and experience in managing large IT projects within healthcare payer and provider environments.
- Proven record of success in a remote management environment.
- Knowledge of project cost accounting and metrics.
- Proven ability to solve problems in both solitary and team oriented environments.
- Ability to negotiate to create "win-win" scenarios.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare system

Office Administrator
We are looking for a cheerful and versatile administrator to run our office in central London. This is a varied and responsible role in a growing company with staff and customers around the world.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A self starter, with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, attention to detail and deadlines, general computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and simple database management.
- Able to keep ahead of a rapidly changing and growing business and the executive team that runs it with ability and desire to take on tasks as and when required.
- Able to organise own work, with flexibility to revise priorities as external circumstances require.
- Able to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Educated to degree level, or with similar professional qualifications.
The candidate will have:
- At least two years’ experience of assisting executive level professionals as well as managing a small office environment.
- Experience of diary management, and research and booking of travel and accommodation
- Experience of working under pressure, using tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts.
