Selecting the "Electronic referral" option will start the electronic referral process. The clinical information capturing activity is the first task of the electronic referral process and this is achieved through the use of data gathering proformas. The image to the left is a screen shot of the breast data gathering proforma, modelled on that of the published document. Move your mouse pointer around the image, pausing on areas of interest.
